Honda Cars That will be Discontinues

Honda Jazz, WR-V, and the Fourth-gen City will be discontinued from April 2023. The main reason for ending the production of these cars is the new RDE norms. Honda is discontinuing these cars instead to make them comply with the new emission norms because these cars bring in nearly 0% of sales.

The fourth-generation City was performing well in terms of sales

since its launch in 2014 but now because of the 5th-gen City, the sale of the 4th-get City has hit the zero mark. Honda India’s portfolio will have only two cars, Fifth-gen City and Amaze, in the next months. Both 5th-gen City and Amaze will be BS6 Phase 2 and E20 fuel-compliant after the new update next month. Also, the price of both cars is expected to hike a bit because of the new changes.
