The AXE and LX versions of the electric Thar might be available.
A new grille with the Thar.e badge and three vertically stacked LEDs on either side, rounded square LED headlights, chunky squared wheel cladding, dual-tone alloy wheels, rear door handles on the C-pillar, a spare wheel mounted on the tailboard, square LED taillights and grey front and rear skid plates are all part of the Thar electric’s updated design.
The new electric SUV’s interior will feature a fully digital instrument panel, a multifunction steering wheel with the Thar E logo in the center, grab rails on either side of the new dashboard, a new center console that is dominated by a sizable touchscreen multimedia system, and more.
The Thar.e concept will have new dimensions and be supported by an altered version of the INGLO P1 platform. Compared to the ICE version, the vehicle will feature a longer wheelbase and shorter overhangs.
Although the corporation has not disclosed the precise details, it is clear that all of its EVs share the same battery and powertrain.
As a result, the electric Thar may also be equipped with 4WD by using a 60kWh battery pack coupled with an electric motor on each axle.
An NCAP organization has not yet evaluated the Thar idea.
